Thank you for your answers. Please note that I have video conversion software. What are the specs I would need to convert it to put into the flip? I went to flip website and used their specs, but converting with their specs to .avi did not work. What settings do I need to adjust and to what? Thank you!!

I am currently using Movavi at the moment but it is quite slow when trying to manually split the file. It keeps freezing when I try and drag the slider at at the bottom to pinpoint the starting/ending markers for the split.
