Why does my Video only convert Half-way?

This is very frustrating…I bought the “Movavi” converter (Not a trial version) so I could convert a few files to “WMV” and “MP3″. When I tried to convert a few videos, it advised me to download a “Codec”. Well, I did, and now it only converts my video partially. It’s about a 45 minute video, and only converts it to 25 minutes. How can I convert it fully?
