How do I transfer videos to my flip video?

I have some videos that I want to move onto my Flip video camera. My flip video outputs in .avi. I have videos that I moved to the Flip that are in .avi but they won’t play. What settings should I use? What are all of the specs of a video that a flip takes, length, width etc? I have Movavi Video converter and Magic Total Video converter. Hey i had the same problem, i couldnt transfer any of my videos back onto my flip. i experimented a little bit and realized it was not working b/c i had changed the names of all the videos. i just simply renamed the videos back to VID00001 and VID00002 and so on… and it worked! good luck!
