the URL of a video, or anything on the internet, is the web address at the top of the browser.
for instance, is a URL.
to copy and paste one, all you do is highlight the text at the top of your browser, just under the top of the window, right click, and click “copy”.

then you paste it into the text box where necessary by right-clicking the empty box where the URL goes and click “paste”
